1.) The radiators that you are purchasing on this Site from Ironworks Radiators Inc. are custom-made. You are responsible for submitting your order and for inputting the information for your custom radiator. If you make a mistake in your purchase order or with the information provided, then you are solely responsible and not Ironworks. Ironworks has no responsibility nor any liability whatsoever for any information submitted in your order.

2.) All sales on this Site are final and there are no refunds or exchanges for any radiators purchased from this Site. You are ordering a custom product from this Site. Once the order is confirmed, it is final.

3.) If you notice that the radiator is damaged when it is delivered to you, then you must be notify Ironworks immediately, in writing, and within 7 days of your receipt of the radiator that you purchased. You must provide written details of the damage, along with clearly identifiable photographs of the damage. We reserve the right to consider damage claims on a case by case basis.

4.) When you are purchasing a product, any colour or finish depicted on this Site or on your monitor may vary to the colour or finish of the actual product. We make every effort to accurately represent the colours of the product. However, due to variances among colour monitors, the colours that appear on your screen may not be exact as the radiator that you ordered. Ironworks is not responsible or liable for any differentiation in colour between the colour on the Site and the actual product.

5.) We encourage you to read and review your order multiple times to ensure accuracy prior to submission. You are solely responsible for the information that you provide in your order. Ironworks is not responsible or liable if you make an error or omission to your order.

6.) While we may assist you by phone with your online order, you remain solely responsible for the information that you provide in your product order.

7.) When cast iron radiators are made, there may up to 1/2” difference in length. Please do not drill holes in the finished floor or wall until the radiator arrives on site and until you have taken adequate measurements before installation.

8.) Please note that when a radiator is over a certain weight, it will be delivered in smaller pieces that need to be assembled with a Radiator Assembly Toolkit. This Radiator Assembly Toolkit can be rented only through Ironworks and additional costs will apply. Please contact us when the radiators are ready to be assembled and we will arrange to get the Radiator Assembly Toolkit delivered to you.

9.) All terms and use of this Site, including all orders and Claims are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and all matters pertaining to this Site are governed exclusively by the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
